Delivery & Returns

At Buzz Catering Supplies we use either Citylink or Palletways for all our deliveries and we aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 2pm the same day. This Service is not available at weekends. Any orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. 

Next Day Delivery - this will cost you a sum of £6.25 + VAT if your order is under £50. This Service is not available at weekends. Any orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

Free Next Day Delivery - you will qualify for this service if your order is over £50 before VAT. This Service is not available at weekends. Any orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. 

Please note that we are not responsible for Citylink or Palletways services and therefore cannot fully guarantee your next day delivery. Some large catering equipment can take up to 3-4days delivery, due to the size. For more information please call 01279 876 500.

Stock items are available for next day dispatch - any queries on products contact our sales office or our live chat agent.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS FOR THE UK MAINLAND ONLY - ADDRESSES THAT RESIDE OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND WILL BE NOTIFIED BY OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM BEFORE ANY GOODS ARE DISPATCHED

RETURNS

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Buzz Catering Supplies. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, the following conditions apply:

  1. You have 24 hours from the date you received your order, to notify us of any broken or missing items,
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your Item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Goods dispatched to the buyer and subsequently accepted for cancellation by the company will be subject to an abortive delivery charge, as well as any cancellation charge deemed necessary by the company.
  4. The company at its absolute discretion may agree to the return of the goods by the buyer provided that the goods are returned at the buyer’s expense, in the same condition and original packaging as dispatched by the company or their agents.
  5. Any goods agreed by the customer as acceptable for return for any reason (Excluding faulty goods) will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the net invoiced price together with reimbursement of any expense incurred by the company as a consequence of the return of said goods to the company's stock.
  6. Please allow up to 21 Days for the refund to be fully processed and money reimbursed to your bank account.
  7. Customers are liable for the cost of carriage incurred in returning the product(s) to Buzz Catering Supplies.

Before you return your goods to us you must request a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). No goods will be accepted if they have not been authorised by our returns department and an RAN number generated. Applying for an RAN is easy and can be completed online in minutes. Simply follow this link to our request a RAN page and fill out the requested details.

IMPORTANT

We strongly advise that you reuse the delivery packaging for the return, to ensure that the item is not damaged in transit. We also recommend that you send the item back using a traceable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a courier of your choice. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
