Delivery & Returns
At the Buzz Catering Supplies we use either Citylink or Palletways for all our deliveries and we aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 2pm on the same day.
Next Day Delivery - this will cost you a sum of £5.95 + VAT if your order is under £50.
Free Next Day Delivery - you will qualify for this service if your order is over £50.
We Endeavour to deliver for next day however with some catering equipment and during busy periods there may be short delays. Please note that we are not responsible for Citylink's or Palletways services and therefore cannot fully guarantee your next day delivery - but 99% of the time you will receive your order the following day!
Most products are available for next day dispatch - any queries on products contact our sales office or our live chat agent.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS FOR THE UK MAINLAND ONLY - ADDRESSES THAT RESIDE OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND WILL BE NOTIFIED BY OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM BEFORE ANY GOODS ARE DISPATCHED

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from the Buzz Catering Supplies. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue a full refund provided the item is returned in a fully resaleable condition. Request for returns should be made within 14 days of purchase.
Before you return your goods to us you must request a RAN number (Returns Authorisation Number). No goods will be accepted as a return if they have not been authorised by our returns number and an RAN number generated. Applying for an RAN number is easy and can be completed online in minuites. Simply follow this link to our request an RAN page and fill out the requested details.
We strongly advise that you reuse the delivery packaging for the return, to ensure that the item is not damaged in transit. We also recommend that you send the item back using a traceable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or courier of your choice. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
