Kopa Charcoal ovens deliver 40% shorter cooking times compared to open grills and up to 66% higher throughput. For example, a 4cm 350g steak is roasted to medium rare in 4 minutes.

Heated by burning charcoal or wood, Kopa Charcoal Ovens provide a working temperature of up to 450c. Temperature is easily controllable with the adjustable air regulators and smoke build-up is minimal. This makes the Kopa Oven perfect for grilling steaks, fish or vegetables and versatile for cooking in pans and much more.

Kopa Type 501 Charcoal Oven

The Kopa 501 is the biggest in the range. This extra large charcoal oven is ideal for bigger restaurants who predominantly base their menu on grilled foods. Featuring two large 530 x 764mm grill racks the Type 501 also offers the flexibility to grill on two levels simultaneously and the larger cooking area offers enough space to serve larger groups of people at the same time. It also features 2 bottom air vents so that temperatures can be controlled separately on each side of the oven.
