The Buffalo heated banquet cabinet is the ideal professional appliance for hot holding bulk quantities of cooked food. Designed to fit up to 16 double size (2/1) gastronorm pans, there's plenty of space for large banquets or events. Alternatively, shallow GN pans can be used to position plated meals. Sturdy heavy duty castors and handles make the cabinet easy to move, whilst the advanced insulation ensures efficient operation. The cabinet is also easy to clean, thanks to rounded internal corners and stainless steel construction throughout.
