Saute Pans

When reducing sauces, sautéing vegetables or searing meat, a Saute pan is ideal. Vertical sides provide a larger work surface as compared to frying pans, allowing for greater efficiency. This also prevents sauces from spilling over the sides of the pan, resulting in less mess to clean up.
