Whether you're slicing meat, dicing vegetables, or carving the Sunday Roast, a sharp blade makes cutting effortless. This knife sharpener will restore a super sharp cutting edge to blunt knife blades that have dulled with use.
Works with all your knives - even serrated blades
Extend the life of almost any knife. Works on virtually any knife, including expensive hardened steel knives and even serrated blades (like bread knives and hunting knives), making it unlike any knife sharpener, steel or sharpening stone you've ever used.
Directions
1. Clean the smooth surface that you wish to attach the sharpener too. Ideal surfaces include laminated bench tops, glass, marble, granite & fibreglass.
2. Hold sharpener down with one hand and press down on the lever securing the suction pad on surface.
3. Place knife on sharpener at the base of the handle and slowly draw back the knife.
4. Continue this procedure 3-4 times. Please note only draw the knife back do not push the knife forward.
5. Once you have finished sharpening the knife, lift lever and store sharpener away.
