The Convotherm ConvoVent 4+ is a powerful steam extraction condensation canopy with additional filter module to capture odours and smells. This powerful extraction filter canopy boasts impressive performance and ensures the air in your kitchen is always fresh and free from odours. Easy to use, practical and convenient to operate with lower power consumption. The ConvoVent 4+ can be provided as part of your initial installation or retrofitted to the appliance later.
The Convotherm ConvoVent 4+ switches on automatically when the combi oven is powered up. The canopy captures and condenses steam from the air vents as well as vapours that escapes when the oven door is opened. The additional filter module captures proteins that are expelled from the oven, restricting the release of smells and odours into the atmosphere. The result is a fresher kitchen atmosphere, with less humidity and smells. The hood does not require a cold-water connection.
