- Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may have longer lead times. Please refer to the lead time shown on the product page.
- We may consolidate smaller items into a single package. This means your order may be held until all items are ready for dispatch.
- We'll email you when your order has been dispatched. Where available, we'll include the courier's online tracking details.
- Large appliances and bulk orders are normally delivered on a pallet. Unless otherwise stated, these deliveries are kerbside only.
