Slice, dice, and peel with ease, with this Dick pro 6 piece dynamic knife set. The set includes an 8.5" chef's knife, a 7" flexible fillet knife, a 9" palette knife, and a 5" boning knife from Dick's popular Pro Dynamic range, along with a 3" parer, a peeler and a wallet.
Designed with German stainless steel the blades have a sharp cutting edge that makes cutting through tough meats, joints, and bones an easy task. The blade-targeted tempering happens in several stages to ensure a hardness of over 60HRc, allowing it to last longer in the commercial kitchens without breaking or dulling.
The blade is a half-bolster which enables you to use the full length making it ideal for larger ingredients like cabbages or lettuces. The knife is colour-coded by its solid black handle, which makes it easy to quickly identify and use the correct tool for different food types, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
