The G3625 chargrill has 6 heavy duty, double-sided, cast iron brander bars, 2 cast iron burners. Radiants deliver controllable, constant heat over an extended cooking area. A variable burner control helps reduce energy consumption. The advanced design provides optimum heat transfer and distribution, ensuring even cooking across the surface that enables you to produce succulent, perfectly branded food.
The heavy duty cast iron radiants then protect the burners and provide even heat to branders, cancelling the need for any messy coal or lava rock. Made from tough stainless steel, it can go from 0°C to +350°C in 60 minutes, with the front-mounted removable jugs collecting any run-off fat and oil, making cleaning quick and easy.
