The BioCeptor FOG Intercept and Treatment (F.I.T) unit and the GreasePak bio-fluid dosing module, is a combined system designed to retain and degrade Fats, Oils and Grease (FOGs) to prevent them from entering your drainage system. The F.I.T unit is highly efficient at capturing FOG, with an average efficiency rating of 95.6%. It uses combines entrapment and retention with the natural process of bioremediation to create a highly effective environment for the permanent degradation of FOG.
The BioCeptor unit is designed for easy maintenance and cleaning; it can be completely removed from its location to clean the floors, walls and surrounding areas. The baffles can also be removed, whilst the powerful bio-fluid degrades FOG within the unit, reducing the frequency of servicing. The mechanical lid fittings make it easy for engineers to access the tank without any special tools. The unit also boasts a stylish and modern rounded design with no sharp corners for organic waste to collect.
