The Hobart Ecomax Plus H615SW-10D Hood / Passthrough Dishwasher is designed for busy kitchens that need dependable results and quick turnarounds. The 500 × 500 mm basket handles typical loads of up to 18 plates per cycle, making it a strong fit for restaurants, hotels and high-throughput catering operations.
Short cycles of 60, 90 or 180 seconds keep service moving, while a built-in drain pump and rinse detergent dosing pump simplify installation and daily use. The stainless steel build is made for regular commercial duty, and WRAS approval supports compliance with UK water regulations.
