The King Edward Vista 60 Bake and Display Potato Oven VISTA60 features a fan-assisted convection oven with independently heated built-in wet or dry heat bain-marie top, removable pans for hot toppings and a tabletop preparation area. The baker is illuminated, displaying the cooked potatoes, and also features a customer-facing wipe-clean toughened glass menu board for displaying any specials and comes with removable oven shelves. There is no need for any additional or specialist ventilation or exhaust canopy.
