This makes it ideal for making big batches of homemade strawberry jam or mango chutney. Or you could even use it as a stockpot, to make hearty, winter warmers like beef stew or minestrone soup. This preserving pan features internal measurement markings, which means you'll have no trouble following all your favourite recipes.
