The Lincat Cibo is a high-speed oven that has been designed for accelerated cooking. Ideal for rapidly cooking and reheating a variety of food, from perfectly grilled toasted sandwiches and crispy pizza bases through to croissants and breakfast rolls.
The Lincat Cibo it works without the need for microwave technology. It uses three flexible heat sources: convection, grill and a heated base to accurately control temperature and airflow and create perfectly cooked foods in rapid time.
Ventless Cooking
Utilising the inbuilt catalytic converter to capture grease and odours, it can also operate without the need for any external ventilation or extraction.
