Designed for quality cooking at speed, the Opus 800 Gas Chrome Griddle heats up quicker than standard griddles with less energy loss as well as reduced energy radiation, keeping the kitchen cooler for staff and reducing pressure on the ventilation system. Heat is transfered more efficiently than with a standard griddle, while the chrome griddle also comes with two separately controlled heat zones, which allow for the versatility of operating either zone independently when cooking two separate meals simultaneously. Perfect for any busy commercial kitchen, the griddle also comes with convenient piezo ignition, pilot burners for stand-by operation, and flame failure protection for added safety.
