Buzz Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions

Buzz loyalty points are available to registered customers only. Register an account with our website today to start collecting reward points.

  1. Collecting Points
    1. Registered users will collect loyalty points, based on their online spending.
    2. For every £1 spent online at our store, we’ll give you 1 loyalty point. Points are calculated based on the price of the product excluding VAT.
    3. Points are added to your Reward Points balance automatically when goods are dispatched and invoiced. You cannot redeem points on an order that is not dispatched or has been cancelled.
    4. Additional bonus points can also be collected based on:
      1. Contributing to our store by writing product reviews. For each review written, we’ll give you 20 points.
      2. Offers and promotions as they are displayed throughout our store, for example double points on certain brands, ranges or items.

  2. Spending Points
    1. Reward points can be redeemed as discount against future orders that are placed via our website. To redeem, use the Redeem Points option at checkout.
    2. Points cannot be redeemed via other methods, for example  when you place orders via the telephone or when settling an outstanding account balance.
    3. Each point has the equivalent value to 1p when redeemed as a discount against a new order.
    4. Points do not have a cash value and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn. They can only be redeemed as discount against orders placed using the account they have been collected with.
    5. A minimum of 1000 points can be redeemed per transaction.

  3. Points Expiry
    1. Points expire if not redeemed within 18 months. To check the status of your points, and when they expire, check your points dashboard.
    2. Buzz Rewards is a loyalty scheme intended to reward customers for loyalty. We reserve the right to, without notice, revoke points and access to the system should your account fall into dispute, for example for non-payment of invoices or lack of trade.
    3. We reserve the right to remove or withdraw the rewards points loyalty scheme for all users at any time, but we will endeavour to give users prior notice.

  4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
    1. If you opt to return or cancel an order which has accrued points, the points earned on that order will be deducted from your account balance.
    2. Any refund or credit note raised against an order that is partially or fully discounted with points will only be refunded up to the total amount paid. Points used will not be refunded or returned to your account.

  5. Gold Account Rewards
    1. Gold account holders may exchange points for reward items, instead of redeeming them as discount against new orders. These rewards can only be redeened by placing an order via telephone and are not available online.
    2. Gold reward items claimed are non-returnable. If you choose to return a gold reward item, it is at the company’s discretion as to whether the points balance will be refunded to your account.
    3. The gold account upgrade is a subscription package. We will automatically invoice you when your subscription expires. If you do not settle this invoice, your gold account upgrade status will be revoked until you re-subscribe.
