This gastronorm baking tray brings MasterClass’s reputation for quality and reliability to the world of commercial catering equipment. Made of 1.2 mm-thick carbon steel, and coated with an extra-hard ceramic non-stick, it’s built to stand up to the rigorous demands of commercial kitchen work. An additional benefit of carbon steel is its excellent heat retention properties. Once hot, the patisserie tray distributes heat evenly across its whole surface, providing uniform results time after time. This commercial baking sheet measures 53 x 33 cm (21 x 13 Inch), which conforms to Gastronorm size 1/1.
