They're freezer safe, oven safe… even microwave safe. Yes that's right, it's stainless steel and can be used in the microwave (up to 1000 kw) using proprietary technology, so it's easy to freeze and reheat leftovers, pre-prepped ingredients and prepared meals. Each container comes with an airtight, leakproof lid, complete with a pop-off steam vent for fuss-free microwaving.
