This Medium Display Tray, also known as a Butcher’s Tray is a great solution for displaying various products. Often used for foods such as meats, fish, cakes, baked goods and desserts. The tray comes in three different choices of neutral colours – white, black and silver. Made out of high quality HIPS (High Impact Polysterene), which is very lightweight as well as food contact safe to meet your catering needs. These trays are light, but robust at the same time. Please, note though that the trays are not unbreakable despite of their natural high impact resistance. High sides of the tray (approx. 25mm) help keeping products in place for displaying (either in window displays or buffets). The trays are very easy to separate. Designed to be stackable, which allows for better space management and saves room for other appliances and utensils around the kitchen or serving area. Our display tray is dishwasher and sterilising sink safe, which will save you cleaning time.
