Create delicate ribbons and interesting textures with this Gourmet ribbon grater from Microplane. Boasting a sleek, innovative design, the utensil creates intricately grated ingredients to help you produce impeccably presented dishes. Made with a non-slip rubber end, the grater gives you more stability and prevents slipping to ensure your safety. The ergonomic soft-touch handle also provides additional comfort to help you cope with lengthy tasks. Dishwasher-safe, the grater can also be cleaned with ease to help you keep it hygienic.
Microplane graters and shavers are an indisputable necessity in any kitchen, whether you're a professional chef in a commercial kitchen or an everyday cook at home. With roots in wood craft, Microplane graters deliver lacy shards, rather than tearing zest or cheese for a better quality grate and high quality food.
