The material is also dishwasher safe and has a naturally high chemical resistance. The cloches are suitable for use in the microwave for reheating food. Please note, that the covers should not be exposed to heated carts or heat lamps. The resin material for these plate cloches resists temperatures from -10°C to +100°C. Please note, that the product may be brittle at temperatures below 0°C. They are also easily and securely stackable, which helps with space management in busy kitchens.
