The EC3PIZZA by Prodis, a 3 door compact pizza prep counter with granite work top and 6 x 1/4GN refrigerated pan rail. The EC series are ideal where space is limited and are available with a range of tops to suit any application from flat top for use as a work surface to prep tops with built in pan rails for salad, sandwich and pizza prep.
