iCareSystem AutoDose is a completely new autonomous cleaning system for iCombi Pro ovens. Thanks to this, cleaning is completely unattended when necessary: It starts according to a predetermined time schedule and receives from the integrated solid cleaning agent exactly the dose that is needed for hygienic cleanliness. This increases work safety, saves time and ensures HACCP hygienic safety.
Cartridges contain chemicals in a solid state that ensure their safe replacement: no overflow, spillage or leakage. Sensors recognise the amount of chemical agent used and precisely control the dosage. This saves resources and budget. The environment also benefits: the cartridges are made of 100% recyclable PP material.
The cartridges are only compatible with Rational iCombi Pro (6-1/1, 10-1/1, 6-2/1, 10-2/1) desktop combi ovens equipped with the iCareSystem AutoDose system.
