Lighting Instructions
Create a base of Chilla-Grilla charcoal, add firelighters and light. Once the firelighters are burning, cover with additional charcoal to make a pyramid. This allows the flames to rise up from the bottom, heating the coals quickly and evenly. After approximately 15 minutes, spread the coals out. Then, simply wait another 5-10 minutes and you're ready to start cooking.

For orders below £75, we offer two standard delivery charges, including next-day delivery from £6.49 (ex vat) and an economy small parcel 48-hour service from £4.16 (ex vat).
Most in-stock items held in our UK distribution centre are dispatched the same working day when ordered before 1pm.

We may consolidate smaller items into a single package. This means your order may be held until all items are ready for dispatch.
