Healthy, clean and simple to operate the Roller Grill range of rotisseries is the perfect addition to your front of house area or kitchen. The RBE25 will cook 25 birds in approx 80 minutes. The trough baskets swing around a central spit and are capable of holding whole birds as well as drumsticks, wings, etc that cannot be skewered. The RBE25 can be opened from front and back and having glass on all four sides is ideal for a front window location to take full advantage of the theatre of cooking.

This panoramic ventilated heated display cabinet is designed to sit beneath the RBE25 rotisserie. Supplied with 10 adjustable shelves it will hold and display all your cooked hot foods especially chickens from the rotisserie.
