Delays Possible Due To High Demand:

We continue to operate as normal but with the recent announcement that Hospitality & Catering businesses are reopening soon, we are experiencing a higher demand than usual. Social distancing measures have also impacted our overall capacity. This may mean that you experience a delay in us dispatching your order. We are continually monitoring the situation and advise you to check the estimated delivery lead time badge on each product before ordering.

Stock Availability:

Our website is the best way to stay up to date with stock levels and item availability, with live data being fed through from our warehouse and supplier(s) systems.

Service Department:

Our service department is operating but is also experiencing a high demand due to catering & hospitality businesses re-opening. We recommend booking service calls online using our online form and one of our Team will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a callout. All engineers are following strict social distancing measures with appropriate PPE, masks etc. and we ask that you keep your distance whilst they work on site.

Delivery Notifications:

You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. When checking out through our website, please provide a mobile telephone number as we will also use this to text tracking information on your parcel.

Customer Services:

Our customer services centre remains open, and our agents are available to help you with any enquiries. Contactless Deliveries

Our courier is operating a social distancing policy and all our deliveries will be made contactless. Proof of deliveries are still being captured but you will not be asked to sign for a parcel. We ask that our customers observe social distancing when accepting a delivery and stand back from the driver.

Cash & Carry, Collections & Showroom

We want to assure you that Buzz Catering are taking the situation surrounding COVID-19 very seriously and have stringent measures in place to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff. This however does mean that our showroom, demonstration kitchen and cash & carry premises are closed to the public. We will keep our customers informed of any changes and re-open once we feel that it is safe to do so. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
