We are experiencing a high volume of calls and it may take longer than usual for one of our advisors to respond to your queries. Delivery Lead times
Due to social distancing measures that have affected our capacity and an increased demand, our delivery lead times may be affected. The situation is changing daily, and our courier partner DHL is also feeling the impact of COVID-19. Some of our orders are still reaching our customers next working day, but this is not something we are able to guarantee in current circumstances. Your online will be fulfilled as quickly as possible, but customers should anticipate a 48-72 hour lead time is likely. Where any delivery lead time is likely to be longer, it will be highlighted on the product and at checkout.
When checking out through our website please provide a mobile telephone number as this will be used to text tracking information on your parcel. This is the best way to stay up-to-date with your timed delivery slot and any delays or issues once your parcel is with our courier. We do not use this information for marketing purposes.
Due to an increased demand for certain items during the pandemic, some of our products are out of stock. However, we are trying to maintain stock levels across all products where possible. Our website is constantly updated with stock availability and this is the best place to check if an item is available.
Our courier is operating a social distancing policy and all our deliveries will be made contactless. Proof of deliveries are still being captured but you will not be asked to sign for a parcel. We ask that our customers observe social distancing when accepting a delivery and stand back from the driver.
Cash & Carry, Collections & Showroom
We want to assure you that Buzz Catering are taking the situation surrounding COVID-19 very seriously and have stringent measures in place to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff. This however does mean that our showroom, demonstration kitchen and cash & carry premises are closed to the public. We will keep our customers informed of any changes and re-open once we feel that it is safe to do so. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
