The TEFCOLD EVO902 SS is a large stainless-steel patisserie display cabinet designed to combine attractive product presentation with reliable chilled storage for professional foodservice and retail environments. It provides a generous 1.2 m² display area and 290 litres of volume, with a temperature range of +1°C to +10°C maintained by fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrosting. The stainless-steel interior and exterior provide a durable and easy-to-clean finish, while three individually illuminated glass shelves plus the base create an effective display area for cakes, pastries, desserts, deli products and other chilled goods. Two rear sliding glass doors provide convenient stocking access, while the hinged front glass is easy to clean. LED lighting, electronic digital temperature control and adjustable feet complete the practical design.
