The TEFCOLD GSS435 is a large-capacity Gastronorm saladette counter designed to provide convenient chilled storage alongside an efficient food preparation area. With 320 litres of net capacity and a temperature range of +2°C to +10°C, it provides ample refrigerated storage for ingredients and prepared food. Fan-assisted cooling, a digital temperature controller and automatic operation help maintain consistent temperatures, while three solid self-closing doors and adjustable GN1/1 shelving provide flexible internal storage. The hinged Gastronorm well accepts 1/6, 1/3 and 1/9 GN pans up to 150mm deep, making the GSS435 particularly suited to food preparation and service environments where ingredients need to be kept close at hand.
