- Rim to foot tempered - fully tempered glasses are resistant to mechanical shocks, extending the life of the product by five times, compared with non tempered glass ranges.
- Safety - should a glass break due to an excessive blow, a tempered glass will break into small pieces, making it safer to use within the hospitality industry than a non tempered glass.
- Heat resistant - thermal shock tested and resistant to 135C and can withstand changes in temperature from hot to cold.
- Beaded rim ensures strength on vulnerable edges, minimising chipping and lengthens lifespan
- Dishwasher safe - strong and durable, shock tested and capable of industrial dishwasher cycles, while maintaining clarity
- Seamless flame polished stem - no seam between the bowl and stem, ensuring a more enjoyable drinking experience and an aesthetically pleasing glass.

- Free delivery on all orders over £75 inc. VAT.
- For orders below £75, we offer two standard delivery charges, including next-day delivery from £6.49 (ex vat) and an economy small parcel 48-hour service from £4.16 (ex vat).
- Most in-stock items held in our UK distribution centre are dispatched the same working day when ordered before 1pm.
- Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may have longer lead times. Please refer to the lead time shown on the product page.
- We may consolidate smaller items into a single package. This means your order may be held until all items are ready for dispatch.

- Large appliances and bulk orders are normally delivered on a pallet. Unless otherwise stated, these deliveries are kerbside only.
