With its generous three litre capacity, the roasting dish offers plenty of space for your bakes, whether that's a traditional pasta bake, roasted vegetables or even joints of meat.
The ultra-strong cast iron construction ensures there's no bend in the pan - so food can safely be removed from the oven, reducing the chance of oils spilling or food being dropped. And as the dish is finished in a stylish black colour, it's great for front of house use too - whether that's straight to a table or as part of a self-service buffet or assisted service canteen/carvery.
