This traditional black oval casserole dish is well suited to use in any kitchen, from the family kitchen to bustling restaurants. A strong, reliable and durable cast iron construction helps it to withstand constant use and makes it easy to clean. It also feature an innovative self-basting design that ensures your food is kept moist whilst it cooks, giving you delicious and succulent results every time.
