Machine Variants:

Sparkling glasses. Gleaming dishes. Shiny cutlery. Or all of these together. The UC can be adapted precisely to the wash items you use and the types of soiling involved. There are four different variants: a glass, dish, cutlery and bistro washer. Each of these has up to three standard programmes as well as other individual setting options.

Smart Touch Display

A smart touch display works as the navigation of the UC. Single-button operation. A clear user interface with self-explanatory pictograms. With gesture control we all know from smartphones. The display responds sensitively and is also easy to use when wearing gloves. The surface is made of glass and is very robust: it has been tested under extreme conditions.

Innovative Wash Field Design

Standby Function

During wash breaks, the boiler temperature is automatically lowered to a minimum value. This saves more energy than switching off and the machine is quickly ready to start again.

Variable Washing Pressure Adjustment

Every UC comes with variable water pressure regulation as standard: »VarioPower« adjusts the washing pressure precisely to the type of wash items and how dirty they are. Fine glasses and fragile bowls are washed at low water pressure, while sturdy dishes are washed at a higher water pressure. Soiling is removed without fail in this way – while the dishes are treated gently.

Optional Connected Wash

Digitalisation is creating new opportunities in the field of commercial warewashing and improving both safety and efficiency. With Connected Wash, the UC Series can be integrated into your network and important operating data can be evaluated. 

Recommendations and actions will help to optimise the washing process. The machine status can be monitored from anywhere in the world through the free app. In the event of a critical error, the machine automatically sends a notification to you.

Optional Heat Recovery

Intelligent use of energy: as an option, the UC can be fitted with Energy integrated circulating air heat recovery. This uses the energy from the hot steam to pre-heat the cold inlet water. This significantly reduces energy consumption, lowers operating costs and ensures that hardly any steam escapes when the machine is opened.

Optional Excellence-i Reverse Osmosis

Integrated reverse osmosis system providing 99% pure water for washing and rinsing. This process purifies the water so that you won’t need to spend hours hand-polishing, items will already be sparkling as soon as they leave the machine.

Optional Excellence-iPlus Reverse Osmosis with Softener

This option combines the power of reverse osmosis with an internal softener, for added purification and recommended for particularly hard-water areas.
