The Convotherm ConvoVent Mini is a small condensation canopy hood designed for use with Convotherm Mini ovens. With a simple on/off appliance switch, the hood captures and condenses the steam from the air vent on the top of the oven before returning it to the air. It’s ideal for installation of Convotherm mini ovens in front-of-house areas or where existing canopy extraction is not available.
