Global Classic G-10 Ham/Salmon Slicing Knife 31cm
The Global G series of knives are Global ‘s classic collection of larger, longer bladed knives with weighted hollow handles. The Global G range knives all have Global’s famous Chromova18 blades and are sharpened to a 15 degree angle.
The Global G range contains extremely diverse knives. There are 12 different chef’s knives alone in the range constituting a number of different sizes and shapes including the award winning G-2, which has been feature in numerous publications and won many awards. Within the G range you will also find; vegetable choppers, Santoku knives, filleters, bread and slicing knives. There is a knife literally for any and every purpose. Many of these knives have multiple size options available and fluted varieties.
The G-10 is a specialist salmon slicer. It has a really long and thin flexible blade that makes it suitable for this purpose only. These knives are typically used for cutting pieces of smoked salmon or trout, the blades are ideal for slicing long thin pieces, which is how smoked salmon is traditionally presented. The handle is the same as other G series knives and is comfortable to hold. There is a gap of about a inch from the handle where the blade is not sharpened to provide a bit of protection. This is the longest knife blade that Global produce and as such does not fit in any of the blocks and would also be a pain to put in a drawer. Ideally it needs to be put on a magnetic rack.

Delivery Info
- Delivery is free on all orders over £50 (Inc. VAT)
- For orders below £50, we offer two standard delivery charges, including next-day delivery from £6.49 (ex vat) and an economy small parcel 48-hour service from £3.79 (ex vat).
- Items fulfilled from our UK distribution centre are mostly dispatched the same day, if ordered before 2PM. Some items can take longer (such as those sent directly from the manufacturer) so we recommend reviewing the lead time badge on each product page.
- We may consolidate small items together into a single package. This might mean that item(s) you order may be held until your entire order is ready.
- All orders are sent tracked delivery. We will email you when goods are dispatched, and the couriers tracking details are included. If you enter a mobile number during checkout, we will also text any tracking details or order updates to you.
- When shipping large appliances & bulk orders, we normally send items on a pallet. Unless specified otherwise, these deliveries are kerbside only.
