They are ISO 9001 accredited and have over 40 years of heritage, rooted in the best of British craftsmanship. Their design centre is in Draycott, Derbyshire, and includes an R&D team and a CAD facility, as well as complete fabrication capabilities.

• Free delivery on all orders over £75 inc. VAT.
• For orders below £75, we offer two standard delivery charges, including next-day delivery from £6.49 (ex vat) and an economy small parcel 48-hour service from £4.16 (ex vat).
• Most in-stock items held in our UK distribution centre are dispatched the same working day when ordered before 1pm.
• Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may have longer lead times. Please refer to the lead time shown on the product page.
• We may consolidate smaller items into a single package. This means your order may be held until all items are ready for dispatch.
• We'll email you when your order has been dispatched. Where available, we'll include the courier's online tracking details.
• Large appliances and bulk orders are normally delivered on a pallet. Unless otherwise stated, these deliveries are kerbside only.
• Delivery is available throughout the UK, although additional charges may apply to some postcodes.
