Sammic AX-51BCD Break Tank Commercial Dishwasher & Integrated Water Softener. High performance commercial dishwasher from Sammic, featuring 500x500mm basket and integrated WRAS Approved Type A Air Gap Break Tank, ideal for commercial dishwashing in high risk areas such as care homes, nurseries etc. Multi-voltage power configuration for flexibility and ease of installation. Configurable to work as 13A, 16A or 25A hard wired power connections and includes drain pump as standard.
Featuring a fully digital Active Xperience digital control panel with colour LCD display of temperature and rinse cycles. Simple and easy to use with intuitive feedback icons and dedicated cycles to select the ideal wash programme using icons. The duration of the wash cycle is adapted according to the item being washed.

Internal Water Softener
Internal ProLime automatic water softener integrated to the machine. Automatically regerates to protect the machine from limescale build-up and ensure the best wash results every time. Low maintenence and easy to top up & replenish with salt.

Deep drawn wash chambers in all models that provide up to a 30% water saving compared to competitor designs. This construction technique offers numerous advantages including basket guides that are integrated to the body for improved hygiene and an ergonomic design with rounded tank corners to ensure easy cleaning.
Hydroblade Wash Arms
Combining linear design and a monobloc construction to provide higher washing efficiency and lower water consumption. Up to 30% less water usage during rinse and 40% lighter for faster rotation and a more uniform water jet for improved wash results
3 Stage Filtering System
Easily removable surface filters to retain heavy dirt and to capture 80% of waste. Larger capacity tank filter for blocking medium sized debris and final extraction filter to ensure even the lightest of dirt is blocked without affecting the suction of the wash pump
Sani-Control Hygiene Guarantee
Guaranteed disinfection in compliance with the DIN 10534 standard. Integrated thermal lock function that ensures the rinse will be carried out at the ideal temperature to disinfect glassware and crockery.

Configurable Power Modes
Flexible installation options with multi power option. This machine can be configured on-site by your installer/electrician to operate on either a 13 amp or 16A/25A hard-wired connection. Instructions are provided in the package. As standard the unit ships with 25A configuration. Command/plug not included and sold separately.
