Fast acting formula ensures vegetables and salads are safer to eat. Clover Vegibac is a sodium hypochlorite based solution for food production that rapidly reduces bacteria count on the surface of raw vegetables and salad products. Directions for use:
Dilute 20ml of Vegibac into 5 litres of cold water. Place salad and vegetables to be washed into the solution. Allow a minimum contact time of 60 seconds. Removes items before 15 minutes. Rinse with cold drinking water before serving.
