Hanger Steak Charcoal Oven Recipe

Hanger Steak on the Kopa Charcoal Oven, quick and easy steak dish with coleslaw complementing a smoky charcoal grilled steak.

Ingredients

  • Aged Hanger Steak
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Blanched Spinach
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil

Method

  1. Season the steak with salt, pepper and vegetable oil.
  2. Cook to medium rare in the Kopa oven for approxiomately 4 min
  3. Season the spinach with salt, vinegar and oil.
  4. Quickly grill spinach in the Kopa oven.
  5. Mix the spinach with onions and carrots.
  6. Add some home made mayonnaise.
  7. Cut the steak at angles along the meat.
  8. Assemble the meal on a plate adding adding some pepper corn sauce.
